Upgrade from Free Account

Upgrade to Paid Plan

Here is how you can upgrade to a Jinolo paid plan.

Sign in to your Jinolo account and go to the home page.

If you are on a free account, look for the upgrade button in the header on the right-hand side of the page. Alternatively, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "Account Settings", then choose "Subscription settings".

Click on the upgrade button to be taken to the checkout page.

4.

Choose your preferred subscription plan, either monthly or yearly.

5.

Enter your payment and billing information. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, so you can rest assured that your payment details are safe.

6.

Review your information and click the "Checkout" button to complete the upgrade process.

7.

Once your payment is processed, you will have access to all the additional features included in your upgraded plan.

Upgrading to a paid subscription has many benefits, such as more secure file sharing, increased storage, and additional features. Cancel your Subscription

You can cancel your Jinolo subscription any time. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

Sign in to your Jinolo account.

2.

Click on the icon on the top right-hand side, navigate to "Account Settings," and then "Subscription settings."

3.

Click on "Cancel Subscription" to start the process.

4.

Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Please note that once your subscription is cancelled, you will still have access to all the features of your current subscription plan until the end of the billing cycle.
